The customer has the right to exchange or return any product purchased from the online store during this period, provided that the following conditions are met:

Fees

In the event of a product exchange, the new product will be shipped to the customer and the customer must bear the shipping cost.

In the event that the product is returned, the value of the product will be refunded to the customer via the same payment method he used for the purchase, minus the original product shipping fees.

Exceptions

The exchange and return policy does not include the following products:

• Products that are manufactured at the request of the customer according to specifications specified by him/her.
• Products purchased through offers or discounts.
• Products purchased with gift cards.
• Products that have been changed or modified by the customer.
